We take the protection of your data seriously. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the GDPR.
Data controller
The data controller is Alki Inmogroup SL (SOLYPOD), Paraje Ledua, C-82, 03660 Novelda (Alicante), Spain. For any question regarding your data: Grégory Rossius, office@solypod.com.
Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide through our forms (pre-order, newsletter, contact), in particular:
- identity and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone, country, postal code;
- business data where applicable: company, intra-EU VAT number;
- information about your project: questionnaire answers and free-text messages;
- technical browsing data (see our Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal bases
- responding to your requests and managing your pre-order - basis: pre-contractual measures / your consent;
- sending you offers and information (newsletter) - basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time;
- improving our products and website - basis: our legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It is processed by SOLYPOD and by technical providers acting as processors, bound by contract: Resend (email delivery), Railway (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (private storage of the files you send us: attachments, photos of the access for delivery, within the European Union), Mollie (payments) and Sentry (detection of technical errors on the website, within the European Union, without IP address or contact details).
Map, address search and location
To prepare the delivery, you can display a map and place the unloading point on it. The map is only loaded if you click “Show the map”: its map tiles then come from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation), which receives your IP address. Address search (checkout and map) queries the Photon service (Komoot) with the address entered. Your location is only used if you click “Use my location” and allow it in your browser; only the chosen point is saved, with your order.
To display prices with your country's VAT before you enter an address, our hosting provider Vercel infers your country (Spain, Belgium or France) from your IP address. Only the country is used, and nothing is stored. If you choose another country (“change”), this choice is kept in an essential cookie for 6 months.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (Vercel, Resend) may process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Prospect data is kept for as long as necessary to follow up on your request, then archived or deleted within a reasonable period. Newsletter subscribers remain so until they withdraw their consent. Photos of the access sent for delivery are deleted automatically 3 months after delivery.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, contact us at office@solypod.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the AEPD in Spain (aepd.es) or the APD in Belgium (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
