Your questions, our answers.

Full FAQ

Are the foundations included?

No. They depend on the terrain, the soil, local regulations and climate loads. Concrete slab, footings, ground beams: a local technical validation is recommended.

Is the €250 deposit deducted from the price?

Yes. It reserves your place in the first production run and is deducted from your final total. It is fully refundable on request until production of your order has started.

Do I need a building permit?

It depends on the country, region, dimensions and local regulations; the administrative steps remain your responsibility. The clean, ecological and easily removable structure is generally an argument appreciated by the authorities.

Can I use other panels?

Yes. You are free to choose your panels and equipment: SOLYPOD imposes no proprietary system.

What are the warranties?

Structure 10 years, panels 10 years, inverter 5 to 10 years depending on the model, batteries 5 years or 6,000 cycles (whichever comes first), other equipment 2 years. Detailed terms in the contractual documents.
